Ok try not to laugh too loud, I just managed to fall off my chair...well actually I didn't really fall off it; I was reaching over to get my lip balm off the edge of the bed and the chair tipped over with me on it...only problem was that my arm was still on the bed so now all the muscles around my shoulder are pulled and achey. Now I really want the world to go away and leave me alone for a while!
