Nov. 21st, 2005 08:07 pmRight, for those of you that haven't been frothed at muchly in the last week I apologise, I haven't really had that much time to devote to lurking online what with one thing and another.
I was four days late getting back from my parents' which was kinda irritating, I have a new laptop which I think I may have mentioned. Monday was a good day. I went for an informal chat about a job which I have to hug Sammy lots for pointing me at, the chat turned into an interview which turned into me going off on my first day shadowing. I am now officially employed by the lovely people at Cornerstone in Hinkley as a Support Worker. I love the job, Chris and my boss (Sammy), it's all VERY good!
When you add to that the fact that I am all organised and motivated about going back to college for my english A level this coming september then going back to Uni and finishing my degree, hopefully with a QTS course attached, things are going pretty well just now. NaNoWriMo is going great guns at the moment and I have high hopes for being finished before the 30th - my word count that is, the story is showing no signs of wanting to be done...Which is a good thing. The story is currently looking like it will turn into a two part thing which *crosses fingers* I am going to look into publishing when I'm done. I will be looking for proof-readers for the first part at some point after Christmas so feel free to volunteer!
*huggles to everyone*
