This is getting ridiculous now, I've got Zith back up by the bed but I'm still not sleeping properly. I'm having crazy dreams that I then can't remember, other than the fact that they seem to be unpleasent and would probably make good plot bunnies. I don't know whether it's just the stress, could be I suppose but I've been through worse periods than this and not slept as badly. I'm starting to wonder if it's something else.
It wouldn't be a new thing, I get stressed, my shields go down and all hell breaks loose. I can't focus on much at the moment, cards won't talk to me, meditation is out the window, my crystals are giving me a headache and nothing seems to help. We're back to the whole 'there's something dodgy in the air' thing. I've mentioned it to several people and they generally say the same, thing is no one seems to be doing anything. It's as though there is so much going on around the 'real world' that no one has time to figure anything else out.
I'm feeling the urge to do something but I have no idea what, it's just a restlessness. On the other hand I'm also incredibly lethargic and don't know if I could be bothered to do anything even if I knew what I wanted to do.
