triple_flameFor all of you that haven't already heard one way or another, our home net access is down at the moment, something about a virus and a system 32 file not getting along or somesuch. I am currently visiting my parental types and have semi-regular access while I'm here (When I can kick my dad off for long enough to get anything done). I will be back home on the 5th (do I mean the 5th or the 6th?...) the 6th, by which time things will hopefully be sorted. Then it's off to Maelstrom on the 8th (day before it starts because it's Rob giving us a lift) so you probably shouldn't expect to see much of either of us online before the 11th. My uber-busyness starts properly this month so there might be some decent updates for once.
Today was...well it was nice. I ended up going to the gym with my mum then swimming afterwards, you know, everytime I think I'm fit something happens to disabuse me of the notion! My cardio-vascular health is good, my muscle strength and actual stamina sucks! I am now officially knackered! Then shopping, food shopping, not the fun kind - deep joy! My dad's gorgeous chilli for dinner along with a couple of glasses of wine...I may sleep a little better tonight! Nothing bad about the not sleeping, just an irritating daddy-long-legs that I felt kinda guilty about squashing (although he did keep dive-bombing me and was half dead on fly spray already!) and fits of coughing (stupid cold).
I'm intending on getting my laptop out when I go downstairs (getting kicked off in 15 minutes, he's got some auctions ending on E-bay - *giggles* there's a notice just come up saying he's been outbid, that one finishes in 37 minutes...) and maybe doing more than just staring at the blank screen! That's if I don't get distracted by the Wheel of Time of course, I've started reading it and might actually get a little further than I did last time. Less things to distract me from it, like new Merryverse novels and things.
